For the best experience and to secure your preferred chef, we recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance. This is especially important as our most experienced chefs tend to get booked quickly.

If you’re booking closer to the date, we suggest at least 2-3 days ahead to allow time for proper coordination and to ensure availability. For larger events or special occasions, earlier bookings are advised to ensure availability, particularly during peak times or festive seasons.

However, if you have a last-minute request, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Our chefs are primarily responsible for cooking and preparing your meal to the highest standards. However, please note the following:

• Cooking: The chef will handle the cooking, menu preparation, and food presentation, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

• Cleaning: While the chef will clean the prep area after cooking, they do not handle post-event cleaning. If you require a more thorough clean-up, we recommend booking cleaning services as an add-on.

• Serving: The chef does not provide service during the event. For an enhanced experience, we suggest booking waiters to serve your guests and handle any table service needs.

We recommend adding waiters and cleaners to your booking for a complete, hassle-free event. Let us know, and we’ll make the arrangements for you!

Our waiters and cleaners provide valuable support to ensure your event runs smoothly:

• Waiters:

• They will be responsible for serving the food to guests or passing it around during the event.

• If you need extra waitstaff for a larger gathering or specific service needs, additional staff can be arranged at an extra cost.

• Cleaners:

• Cleaners will take care of the cleanup after the event, ensuring that the venue is tidy and the kitchen area is left in good condition.

• If additional cleaning time is required, extra charges will apply.

For late-night requests, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate with the crew accordingly. If the event extends significantly into the night, we ask that the customer arrange transportation for the staff to ensure they can return safely.

If you need to make changes to your booking, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure everything is adjusted accordingly. Here’s how you can make changes:

• Event Details: If you need to update the date, time, or number of guests, we can help you adjust your booking, subject to availability.

• Menu Changes: If you’d like to modify the menu or request special dishes, we’ll check with the chef and confirm the changes.

• Additional Services: You can also add or remove extra services like waiters or cleaners before the event.

Please note that any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the changes.
