MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility for Refund

BookMyChef offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if the food provided by our private chefs does not meet your expectations in terms of taste, quality, or presentation. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The guarantee is applicable only in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

  • The customer must inform the chef before they leave the customer's premises about their dissatisfaction with the food.

  • The complaint must be submitted within 2 hours of service completion.

  • Customers must share clear images, reasons for dissatisfaction, and videos (if available) via WhatsApp at +91 9514960595 (for photos and reason for requesting a refund).

  • After sharing photos and reasons on WhatsApp, customers must also call customer service at +91 9491601234 (available from 10 AM to 7 PM only) within 24 hours to complete the refund request process.

  • Supporting evidence may be requested for verification.

  • The guarantee applies only to first-time bookings with a private chef.

  • The guarantee is not applicable on Junior Chef bookings.

2. Refund Process

  • Customers must submit their request via WhatsApp at +91 9514960595 (for photos and reason for requesting a refund) and call customer service at +91 9491601234 (available from 10 AM to 7 PM only, after sharing details on WhatsApp) within the stipulated time.

  • BookMyChef will review the claim and may contact the customer for further details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 - 30 business days through the original payment method.

3. Exclusions

The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 2-hour period for submitting images/videos and after 24 hours for calling customer service.

  • If the dissatisfaction is based on personal taste preferences without clear issues in food preparation.

  • If the customer has consumed a significant portion of the meal.

  • In cases of misuse, fraud, or unreasonable expectations beyond industry standards.

  • Bookings outside Hyderabad and Bangalore.

  • Bookings made under the Junior Chef category.

4. Limited-Time Guarantee Clause

BookMyChef reserves the right to withdraw or modify the Money-Back Guarantee policy at any time. Customers must check the availability of this offer before booking to ensure the guarantee is applicable at the time of service.
